		<description>As a "challenged" IT user the three points on web design make reasonable sense to me.  Having run private and corporate business you must create an interest and "purpose" for the customer.  Back in the day we called it "user friendly".  I am sure their is a more techy term these days but it all boils down to the customer and what we can do to concrete the sale.  Proper web design is vital in todays business environment.  Thanks</description>
